Microsoft Visual Studio Enterprise edition (Community edition is not enough).
You can get a licence code for Visual Studio from your Imagine (formerly known as "Dreamspark") account.
You will need more software, refer to the weekly plan.
This course has no book. I could not find a suitable book. You will have to read from different web-sites and watch videos, refer to the weekly plan.
